Travel through exceptional waterfalls hidden in the middle of nature
The province of Pontevedra is full of magical corners where nature shows all its strength. We invite you to take an unforgettable journey through the impressive waterfalls of As Rías Baixas, where you will find centuries-old mills, surprising rock formations and steep slopes in the midst of formidable landscapes of native forest.

experience is an invitation to distance yourself from everyday noise and connect with the most genuine aspects of this land. Let yourself be surprised by these waterfalls hidden in the midst of lush vegetation that show the most untamed and beautiful side of Galicia's nature, especially in autumn and winter due to the high flow of the rivers.
No two waterfalls are alike. Throughout the province of Pontevedra you can find waterfalls of very different morphology. In some cases the waters flow down gently, capriciously, skirting the rock, while in others they fall in powerful and admirable torrents of more than 30 metres in height. But all of them represent a seductive visual and sonorous spectacle.
Take note of the most beautiful and evocative waterfalls in As Rías Baixas to plan your next getaway:

It ascends and descends along different banks and allows you to appreciate the waterfall from the sides. The enclave is also part of the Portuguese Way to Compostela.
Fírveda Waterfall (A Lama)

The waterfall is signposted from the PO-241 and PO-240 roads. It is a beautiful waterfall about 15 metres high between large rocks. The river flows here through landscapes of great beauty. The natural wealth is undoubtedly one of the great attractions of the municipality of A Lama.
O Toxa waterfall (Silleda)
This is undoubtedly the most spectacular waterfall in the province of Pontevedra. This waterfall takes us to the north of As Rías Baixas, to Silleda, just before the river Toxa flows into the Deza. Its name evokes a tragic love legend and it is said that during the nights of San Juan the moura can be seen wandering around the area.
Raxoi and Pedrafita waterfalls (Valga)

In addition to the waterfalls, the municipality has other natural resources of interest, such as the mills of As Laxes, Arxeo, several oak groves and the viewpoints of Mount Acibal, Mount Ardegán, Cerdeirasand Mount Castelo.
