The church of this parish located at the foot of the Serra do Faro and is one of the most beautiful of the municipality. Its building began in a parcel donated to the monastery of San Pedro in Vilanova de Dozón by the emperor Alfonso. It preserves the original floor plan of Romanesque style with only one nave and a rectangular apse with two well decorated lateral doors. Inside we must highlight a good number of capitals and sculpted figures.
