The chapel is built over a castro located a few meters away from the PO-220 road. The rectangular nave has a gable roof and a side wall shared by three buttresses. Inside there is an image of San Campio with great historical and artistic value. The chapel was built following a battle against the French on 27 April 1809. Every April there is a recreation of the battle where the Napoleonic troops were defeated. There is also an attached quadrangular calvary, with two steps and a retable on the base.
