Three days of partying during which there are activities for all members of the public: workshops, puppet shows, films, etc. The Mostra de Artesanía is open on each of the three days. The Medieval Pilgrimage begins on the second day, with a sampling of pork rind, cornbread, wine and queimada. The Musical Groups Festival is held on the last day
