During this festival, held in O Mosteiro in the town of Meis, visitors can enjoy a fantastic sampling of callos (tripe in rich sauce) from the morning onwards. Meanwhile, a variety of musical engagements round off the event. As well as sampling callos, other entertainment activities are arranged during the festival. Over the last few days, there are several masses in honour of San Benito and San Cristóbal, followed by passacaglias and a range of musical events
