A large Galician-style mansion, built in the 18th century in the parish of Caleiro. Its name comes from its location, which offers an excellent view of the Arousa estuary. It has extensive vineyards that are part of the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin.
In 2011, the Council of Vilanova de Arousa acquired it for public use. Its gardens are open to the public, allowing visitors to enjoy a stroll among camellias and other centuries-old trees.
