The town of Cuntis celebrates a festival after the carnival that combines typical winter cuisine and the last days of the holidays. It has promoted the rich cultural and natural heritage of Cuntis since 1998, and it puts the spotlight on some of the most typical Galician cuisine: lacón (pork shoulder) and filloas (Galician-style crepes). The tastings take place under a large tent in Plaza de la Constitución.
