On the last Sunday of July, in the parish of Oroso, the festivity of "la Virgen de los Dolores" (Our Lady of Sorrows) is celebrated. In this traditional event, the procession organized after mass, stands out. Eight previously chosen villagers carry images of the Virgin and of the Jesus child around the parish church and to a cross next to the church.
