Located at 10 calle Pasantería in Pontevedra, this is the first building acquired by the Museum of Pontevedra. It was bought in 1961, and in 1962 the museum purchased the adjacent land at no. 8 to expand its facilities. The restoration took place in 1972, in which arches with semi-columns from the traditional manor house of Marqueses de Leis in Campolongo were added. The museum also acquired no. 4 in the same street and extended the property to the entire block during the nineties. It mainly houses paintings from the 19th and 20th centuries.
