Work of art dedicated to one of the most important gastronomic events in Galicia: the feria do cocido, a fiesta of National Tourist Interest in Spain. The principal ingredient of this Galician dish is pork meat. The sculpture was made of bronze by the Galician sculptor Manolo Rial and opened on 18 February 2001
