This sanctuary dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, popularly known as the Sanctuary of the Apparitions, is considered one of the most important Marian sanctuaries. It is located in a chapel that used to belong to the Congregation of Saint Dorothy. Sister Lucía, visionary of Our Lady of Fátima, was a novice here. She witnessed the apparition of the Virgin Mary when she was in her cell on the second floor on 10 December 1925.
