Visits to the Pontevedra Provincial Council portals are carried out anonymously.
Users must only provide their personal data to be able to access services in which a specific procedure or form is necessary for their provision. Under no circumstances will this information be processed or transferred to third parties without the unequivocal consent of the affected person.
These data will be incorporated into the register of personal data processing activities of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra and will be managed for their specific purpose, in accordance with the basic data protection regulations, and will be used, solely and exclusively, for the purposes provided for in the procedure or action in question.
The period of conservation of the data will depend on what is specified for each treatment and these will be transferred, where appropriate, only with the prior consent of the interested person or in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation.
Interested persons may access, rectify and delete their data, as well as exercise other rights or revoke consent as provided in https://depo.gal/proteccion-de-datos/exercicio-de-dereitos. Likewise, interested parties also have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
